1SG Ralph Eugene Schultz (Ret)

A Celebration of Life Service for 1SG Ralph Eugene Schultz, ARMY, (Ret), 83 will be Wednesday September 24, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home with full military honors rendered. Bro. Ted Denny will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1:00 PM until the hour of service.

Ralph was born on July 26, 1942 to Edward and Pearl Schultz in Stevens Point, WI. He passed away on September 20, 2025. Ralph retired from the United States Army and then again from the Civil Service.When not spending time with family, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and especially bowling.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Chester Schultz and Jerome Schultz. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Opal Schultz, daughters, Sheila (Mike) Ratliff and Wendy Smith, grandchildren, Shelby (Bryan) Maudlin, Justin (M'Kenzie) Smith, Seth Ratliff, and Sara (Chuck) Crawford, great- grandchild, Jordan Maudlin, and many nieces and nephews.
