Alfred "Gene" Sholar, 62, Cadiz, KY, died Monday, March 22, 2010, at Cadiz, KY.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 24 at the Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor William Luffman officiating.
Mr. Sholar was born November 13, 1947, son of the late Henry L. and Mary Geneva Moore Sholar. Mr. Sholar was an Electrician & EMT, a member of the Masonic Lodge and served in the US Army.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife Diane Sholar, daughter Missy Thomas and brother Emmitt (Virginia) Sholar.
