Ann Marie Jacob, 78, passed away on Monday, January 29, 2018, at Clarksville Nursing and Rehab Center, Clarksville, Tennessee, following a long, brave battle against brain cancer. Ann Marie returned to Toledo, Ohio to be laid to rest next to her beloved husband, Edward.
