Beliva Anne Wiseman, age 72, of Adams, TN, passed away on February 26, 2023. She was born on April 12, 1950 in Memphis, TN, to Randy and Betty White Palmer. Beliva loved going on trips to Las Vegas, playing pool, and visiting casinos.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Wiseman. Beliva is survived by her son, Matthew Douglas; daughter, Amy Bush; brothers: Randy Palmer and Jerry (Lynn) Palmer; and grandchildren: Nathan, Madelene, Nick, Will, and Sam.
