Bernice Morrow

A Celebration of Life service for Bernice Grace Morrow, age 79, of Cunningham, TN, will be Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Sykes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West where military honors will be rendered.

She was born on March 17, 1943 in Elroy, WI, to Harold and Violet Johnson.  Bernice passed away on December 29, 2022. She was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, and grandmother; as well as a Registered Nurse and veteran of the United States Army. Upon retirement, Bernice loved spending time with her family, reading her Kindle, visiting the library to select new books, going out to eat and getting coffee with friends, and watching the cooking channel to find new recipes.

In addition to her parents, Bernice is preceded in death by eight siblings. She is survived by her life partner and father of her children, Charlie Morrow; children: Morgan (Sno) Morrow, Kimberly Morrow, and Clay Morrow; grandchildren: Christopher Serville, Michael Serville, Matthew Morrow, Donovan Morrow, and Dane Morrow; siblings: Eugene Johnson, Dorothy Lawrence, David Johnson, Joan Schulemberg, and Ruth Ann Bowe.
