Funeral service for Brenda Faye Hester Barnwell, age 66 of Clarksville, will be Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Sykes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 13, 2016 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home and Saturday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Brenda passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at her residence. She was born on Oct. 13, 1949 in Hopkinsville, Ky the youngest daughter of Ural and Mary Hester. She was retired from the Fort Campbell Credit Union on April 30, 2010, after 25 years of service.
She is survived by her husband, Walter Barnwell; brothers, Billy and Bobby Hester; sisters, Betty Hester and Barbara Fritz; children, Kevin Lowe and Deborah Lowe Varner; grandchild, Patricia Cummings, Eva, Corey, Birta & Dakota Lowe, Sunna Holmsteinsdottir, Anna and Henry Varner; and nine great grandchildren.
