Carole Dove

A Celebration of Life service for Carole Ann Dove, age 84 of Gallatin, will be Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 12:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hendersonville Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM until the time of service. Carole passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2020. She was born on February 6, 1936 in Los Angeles, Ca to Alex and Nadine Perkins Wynns. She was a member of McFerrin Missionary Baptist Church. Carole worked in the Music Industry for 40 years, with Tree Publishing Co, Roger Miller, Dr Hook Band, Randy Travis and several other local Nashville Music Company’s.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Dove and great-grandson, Joe Cothron. She is survived by her son, Mike (Tracy) Dove; daughters, Cindi (Mike) Cothron and Tami (Jim) Scheucking; grandchildren: Amber Carver, Rena Sanders, Amanda Jackson, Matt Mercer, Michael Dove, and Brandon Dove; great-grandchildren: Joseph Carver, Johnny Rex Carver, Finley Mercer.
