Charles Tupper Silver, age 72 of Clarksville, TN passed away on July 3, 2015 at Grace Health Care. No services are planned. His wishes were to be cremated. Charles was born March 29, 1943 in Boston, MA to the late Charles and Florence Bassler Silver. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Diane Elizabeth Silver. He is survived by his children, Darlene Herbert, Charles Silver, Jr., Charlene Silver, Colleen Vaughn; sister, Dorothy Perkins; 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 2 nephews and a niece.
