Cw3 Anthony Kellar, Army (Ret)

A Celebration of Life service for CW3 Anthony "Tony" Dean Kellar, ARMY (Ret), 53, of Clarksville, TN will be Friday, August 13, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 12, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and again on Friday from 9:00 AM until the hour of service.

Tony was born on March 10, 1968 in Des Moines, IA to Robert and Sharon Moore Kellar. He passed surrounded by his loving family on August 8, 2021.

Tony retired from the United States Army after over 22 years of service and was most recently employed by Acceptance Insurance. He loved spending time with his family, playing the drums, traveling, listening to music through his 11 speaker surround sound system, and watching movies on his massive TV. Tony was known as a great man with an incredible saying: "If I was any better, I'd clone myself." He will be missed greatly by all that had the pleasure of knowing him.

Tony is preceded in death by his father, Robert Dean Kellar. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Jennifer Abernathy Kellar; children: Anthony (Winter) Kellar, Jr. and Abbigail (Taylor) Wilkins; grandchildren: Dean, Emerson, Emmalie, Eleanor, and future grandson Eli; sister, Robyn (Grant) Wheeler; and fur babies: Nibbler, Pepsi, and Piqua.
