Daniel Curtis Hembree, age 58 of Clarksville passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare. He was born on November 11, 1959 to Curtis and Patricia Hembree.
In addition to his parents, Daniel is preceded in death by his brother, Ricky Hembree and grand-parents Everett and Estelle Hembree. He is survived by his sons, Jason Hembree and Christopher Outland; daughters; Danielle (Christopher) Waterbury and Alyssa Hembree, grandchildren; Elaina Hembree and Hunter Waterbury, and brother James Hembree.
