Deborah Jean Wade, age 63 of Clarksville, passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at her residence. She was born on April 25, 1954 in Detroit, MI to James and Betty Sykes. In addition to her mother she is survived by her daughters, Peggy DerMiner, Dorothy Wade; brothers, Donald and Brent Sykes; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Deborah was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She had a laugh that will never be forgotten. She was loved and will be dearly missed.
