A Celebration of life service for Franklin D. Warrick, 83, of Clarksville, TN will be Friday, August 8, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home with Rev. Lanny Graves officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the hour of service.
Frank was born on February 1, 1942, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He was the cherished son of the late Joe and Ola Mai Gann Warrick. He was a veteran who served his country in Vietnam in the United States Army. After his service, he dedicated many years as a Civil Service plumber at Fort Campbell. Frank’s antics, work ethic, generosity and steadfast friendship enriched all who knew him.
Frank is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Cleta Jean Warrick, whose memory he held with great devotion. He is also preceded by his sisters Nellie Roberts, Brenda Potts, Ruby Bly, Jewell Warrick, and Thelma Jean Pennington; and by his brothers John Daniel, Dennis Earl & "Dennie", and Jody Warrick of Smyrna.
Frank is survived by his loving children: Steven Davenport and wife Shannon, Carla “Sissy” Davenport, Bart “Tony” Davenport and wife Susan. Frank was a proud grandfather to Tiffany Davenport, Christopher Devito, Tyler Davenport, Hayden Davenport, and Sadler Davenport. He is also survived by his sisters Teresa Colvett “Sissy” and Earline Potts of Smyrna, as well as his brother James Warrick of Smyrna. Frank leaves behind a legacy that extends through his many nieces, nephews, and friends.
