Funeral service for Gerry David Sullivan, age 51 of Clarksville, will be Friday, December 2, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. Rev. Bj Brack will officiate. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, in Dickson, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home.
David passed away on Wednesday, Nov 30, 2016 at Tennova Healthcare. He was born on Feb 23, 1965 in Nashville, TN. David was a member of Hilldale United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his mother, Shirley S. Taylor and step father, Roy Walker, sister, Tina Taylor, nieces Haley and Morgan Carr, uncles, Glen (Carolyn) Sullivan, and Russell (Tina) Sullivan.
