Haylee Nicole Culpepper, Clarksville, died Tuesday, entered into the arms of Jesus on May 20, 2008, at Gateway Medical Center.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Chapel Hill UMC Cemetery with Brother Joel Nulty officiating.
Burial will be in Chapel Hill UMC Cemetery.
Haylee, infant daughter of Don and Jaime Nulty Culpepper was born May 20, 2008 at Gateway Medical Center.
Survived by her paternal grandparents Don and Anita Culpepper and maternal grandmother Debbie Nulty.
