Heike Ruhl Adams, 48, Clarksville, died Sunday, June 14, 2009, at her residence.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be from 12 Noon to 2:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Adams was born August 23, 1960 in Nidderau, Germany daughter of Heinz and Edith Tarantik Ruhl. Mrs. Adams was a Sales Associate for AAFES and a Catholic. In addition to her parents Mrs. Adams is survived by her husband Thomas C. Adams of Clarksville, sons Christopher A. Adams, his wife Denica,a grand-daughter Niketa Adams of North Carolina, and Eric J. Adams of Clarksville; her sisters Gabriella (Gerhard) Weisenstein, Ulla (Holger) Bohnlehr, and Anke (Mattias) Rossner all of Germany as well as a host of neices and nephews.
