John Fredrick Perry Jr., age 50 of Clarksville, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare. He was born on Nov 04, 1967 in Providence, RI to John Fredrick Perry Sr. and Ruth-Ann Perry.
He is survived by his Wife, Priscilla Perry; John Fredrick Perry Sr.; Son, Landon Perry, Daughters, Savanna and Sophia Perry; Step-Sons, Jacob, Joshua and Jordan Spaulding; Step-Daughter, Caitlin Tucker; Grandson, Jeremy Tucker; brother, Brian Perry; sisters, Melissa Perry and Sheri Lemay.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruth-Ann Perry and his sister Carey-Ann Perry.
He was an amazing stay at home dad that loved his kids very much.
