Johnny Taylor

Memorial services for (Ret.) 1SG Johnny Willard Taylor, age 66 of Clarksville, will be Saturday March 3, 2018 at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel, with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm.
Johnny  passed away on Wednesday, Feb 21, 2018 at his residence.  He was born on March 20, 1951 in Grossauheim, Germany to Willard B. and Elizabeth Taylor. He is a retired Sergeant First Class of the United States Army, and is the recipient of the Silver and Bronze Stars and numerous other accommodations. Johnny was a Boy Scout leader and Scout Master, was a real estate agent for Century 21, owner of Johnny Taylor painting and the maintenance manger for Dodge's Chicken.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly Taylor;  daughter, Samatha (Lamar) Walker;  son, David (Bonnie) Taylor;  daughter, Amanda Taylor;  brothers, Tommy Taylor, Marty (Kim) Taylor;  brother, Donny (Alice) Taylor;  grandchildren, Leland, Jordan, Damien and Raithe Taylor, Mykel Wade, Dante & Tavin Walker;  mother-in-law, Elaine Thompson.
