He is survived by his wife, Deborah Bartels; Daughters, Dianne Bean (Gary), Leslie Phillips (Dennis); Son, Tomas Bartels; Brother, Christopher Bartels; Sister, Martha Ebel; Granddaughter, Jessica Dianne Phillips and Grandson, Robert James Bartels.
