Kendra passed away on July 11,2015 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. She was born on March 20, 1996 in Clarksville, TN.
She is survived by her; Mother, Monica Duncan; Daughter, Suzanna Lee; Brother, Dale Tuberville; Brother, George Duncan; Sister, Faith Tuberville; Sister, Ashton Johnson; Grandparents, Edward and Sheila Horner, Uncles, Kenneth (Sheila) Lee, and Jack Lee.
