Larry Kenneth Kentner

Larry Kenneth Kentner, age 85, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on September 3, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Larry was born on April 15, 1941, in Clarksville, TN to Alex and Hazel Kentner who preceded him in death. He was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from McDougall Metal Company. Larry was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and will be missed by those that loved him.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Jimmy W. Kentner. Larry is survived by his wife of 54 years, Marilyn Huggins Kentner; daughter, Tonya Rittenberry and her husband Michael; grandchildren: Ashley Kentner, Amber Tucker and her husband Landon, and Cameron Rittenberry; and great-grandchildren: Joseph Bridges, Savannah Tucker, and Haleigh Tucker.
