Lisa Marie (Crosby) Blais, 47, Clarksville, died Friday, August 13, 2010, at Gateway Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Blais was born July 2, 1963 in Boston, MA, daughter of the late William and Alice Ford Crosby. She worked in Customer Service. She is survived by her sons Michael and Robert Blais; daughters Jessica and Mandy Blais, all of Clarksville. Other survivors include her brothers Thomas and Alan Crosby of Mass, sisters Evelyn Martinez of Gallatin, Joan Thibedeau of Clarksville, and four grandchildren.
