A Celebration of Life service for Lisa Elizabeth Hoffman, 40, of Clarksville, will be Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Sykes Funeral Home.
Lisa passed away on August 27, 2021. She was born in Oceanside, CA on November 13, 1980.
She loved her children and spending time with family, gardening and baking.
Lisa is survived by her husband, Robert Hoffman; father, Dean (Cherry) Moore; mother, Alice (Pete) Ross; children: Victoria Davis, River Davis, Draven Hoffman, and Aizen Hoffman; and siblings, Lori Green and Charles Moore.
