Lucinda Annette Osborn, 55, of Clarksville, passed away on November 11, 2021. She was born on June 14, 1966 in Nashville, TN to Paul and Linda Greer Smith. She retired from Vanderbilt Medical Center and enjoyed home and cake decorating.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Osborn. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sons, Daniel Lovell and Joseph Thompson; and brother, Phillip Smith.
