Funeral service for Ludwik M Dominiak, age 62 will be Monday, May 2, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Sykes Funeral Home. Ludwik passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Alvin C York VA Medical Center. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 1, 2016 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the funeral home. He was born on August 16, 1953 in Warsaw, Poland to Mitch and Christina Dominiak.
He is survived by his wife, Lucille Dominiak, sons; Tadeusz and Erick Dominiak, daughters; Regina Geiger, and Monika Revlett, brother, Christopher Dominiak, grandchildren; Honor, Gabriella, Oliver, Sterling, Bronson, Libby, Jaxson, and Shelby.
