Melvin Lee Crotzer, 71, Clarksville, died Saturday, November 29, 2008, at his residence.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the service Thursday at the funeral home at the funeral home.
Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
