Patsy was born on January 3, 1952 in Knoxville, TN to Lynn H. Ellis Sr and Mary Frances Ellis.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James W. Oliver and 1 brother. Patsy is survived by her children, Billy L. Hollis, Tina (Greg) Augustine, 6 grandchildren, one special niece Rhonda (Glen) King, and 2 brothers.
