Peggy was born on December 23, 1940 in Montgomery Co. to Frank Tumm and Gladys (Frank) O'Brien who preceded her in death. Peggy was a Postmaster for St. Bethlehem and Cunningham.
Peggy is survived by her sons, Scott (Melanne) Seay, Steve (Angie) Seay, and Jason (Nancy) Weaver, 5 grandchildren, 2 great- grandchildren, and sister, Patricia Hayes.
