Richard Lance Teaque, 18, Clarksville, died Saturday, November 29, 2008, at Clarksville.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel.
Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Richard was born on March 9, 1990 to Kelley Teague Young.
He is survived by his mother, and father Jon Young of Clarksville; grandmother Della Wise of Clarksville; grandfather David Wise of Metropolis, IL; brother Nicholas Young; sisters Ericka Bray and Makenzie Young, and aunt Whitney Wise.
