Roger Lee Norris, 69, passed away on Saturday, Mar 10, 2018 at Tennessee State Veterans Home. He was born on Feb 23, 1949 in Knoxville, TN to Paris Norris and Florence Norris.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Norris; son, Bobby Norris; step-sons, Adam and Steven Hartley; daughter, Candace Wyrick; step-daughter, Kendra Alexandra; and numerous grandchildren.
