A funeral service for Jacob Thomas Myers, age 24 of Clarksville, will be Friday, January 18, 2019 at 12:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow Kentucky Veteran's Cemetery West. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
Jake was born on February 9, 1994 in Harrisburg, PA to Stephen Myers and Sally Ann Mumper. Jake is survived by his parents; wife, Karessa Reese Myers; daughters, Aubrey Layla and Aleah Grace; brother, Andrew Myers; sisters, Krystyn and Catherine Myers; and his dog, Shadow Marie.
