Sgt Shawn Harris

Funeral service for SGT Shawn Allen Harris, age 40 of Woodlawn, will be Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 5:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 3:00 PM. Shawn  passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital. He was born on March 15, 1978 in Orlando, Fl. He was the son to adoptive parents Byron Clyde Harris and Teresa Ann Harris and biological parents Daniel Boone and Lorraine Brady. He served a combined 21 years with the United States Army, United States National Guard, and United States Army Reserves. Shawn was also the Wolf Pack Leader of Pack 522.

Shawn is preceded in death by daughters; Aryanna and Lily, and sister Aimee. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Michelle Harris, daughters; Alexis and Nadia Harris, son Richard Harris, brother James Boone, sisters; Danielle Boone, Amber, April, Ayla, Abby, Annie. Ashley, Lovelle, Aleah, and Emily.
