Ssg Michael Lowe, Army (Ret)

A Celebration of Life service for SSG Michael James Lowe, ARMY (Ret), age 54, of Clarksville, TN, will be Friday, October 21, 2022 at 11:30 AM at Sykes Funeral Home. Paul Lowe will officiate. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the time of service.

Michael was born on December 9, 1967 in Peoria, IL and passed away on October 16, 2022. He retired from the United States Army after 20 years of service. He loved spending time with his family, fishing, and celebrating the holidays. Michael enjoyed sitting on the back porch listening to music and joining in on the fun at the Turkey Trot in Yellville, Arkansas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Marion Ray Lowe and Frieda Reichl Lowe; and biological father, John Emory Miles. Michael is survived by his wife of 35 years, Jackie Cowan Lowe; children: Jessica (Augustine Martinez) Lowe, Brandon (Leigha) Lowe, and Sean (Andrea) Lowe; grandchildren: Jayden Lowe, Kian Lowe, Draken Lowe, Luna Lowe, Esme Lowe, Ethan Martinez, Blake Lowe, Atlas Lowe, and Mylez Martinez; and siblings: TinaMarie (Jack) Sanford, John Knapp, Steve Knapp, Teresa (Neal) Maki, Glenda Hollis, Paul (Phyllis) Lowe, Gary (Kelly) Lowe, and Mike Hensley.
