Susan L Anthony

A Celebration of Life service for Susan Luanne Anthony, age 57, of Clarksville, TN, will be Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 3:00 pm at Sykes Funeral Home. Bro. Stephen Ramsey will officiate and burial will follow at Gum Springs Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the time of service.

Susan passed away on October 16, 2026 with her family by her side. She was born on June 23, 1969, to Rev. Delbert and Wanda Slate Homol. Susan was a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church and strong in her faith. She was also a woman of many talents. She enjoyed crafting, dancing, and singing karaoke. Most of all, Susan loved her family and cherished every moment with them, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Shelby Rose Kinnear. Along with her mother, she is survived by her son, Justin Kinnear and his wife, Cindy; daughter, Taylor Anthony; sisters: Tammy (William) Perry, Cindy (Kevin) Lazenby, and Melinda (Robert Dufrane) Smith; grandchildren: Savannah, Colton, Riley, and Amelia Kinnear; sister at heart and best friend, Sheri (Jerry) Jones; and many nieces and nephews.
