Virginia Ann Wallen, age 70 of Clarksville passed away Thursday, April 30, 2015. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
She was born in Arkansas on October 13, 1944 to the late Clyde and Evy Mae Houston Raper. She was a member of 180 Church of Clarksville, a Social Worker with the State of CA, an author of 5 Childeren’s books and a Volunteer in the School System.
She is survived by daughters, Debby (Travis) Rasco, Donna (Christopher) Boily, Tammy Garrett; 3 brothers; 11 sisters; 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
