Wanda Gooch

A celebration of life service for Wanda Lou Gooch, age 88, will be on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Sykes funeral Home. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service on Thursday.

Wanda Lou Gooch passed away August 8, 2021 at the Tennessee State Veteran's Home. She was born in Littleton, CO to Harold and Ada Danford Whitcomb. She was a member of the Eastern Star and loved her dachshund, Brownie.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Robert E. Gooch. She is survived by her son, Thomas (Sherry) Gooch; daughters, Donna (Brian) Folk and Gail (John) Donahue, and grandchildren: Angela Gooch, Heather Gooch, and Daniel Hosse.
