A Graveside service for CPL William M. Costigan, ARMY (Ret), 65, of Woodlawn, TN, will be Friday, August 6, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. William passed away on July 20, 2021. He was born in Newark, NJ on December 28, 1955.
He is survived by his sister, Kimberly Young.
