William J Kidd, age 70 of Clarksville,passed away on Sunday, Jan 22, 2017 at his residence. He was born on May 30, 1946 in St. Clairesville, OH to Wilbur Jack Kidd and Ethel Kidd. Mr. Kidd was a veteran of the United States Army, and worked as a boilermaker and welder.
