Johnny Powell

A Celebration of Life service for Johnny Errol Powell, age 85, of Clarksville, TN, will be Friday, May 27, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service.

Johnny was born on October 5, 1936 in Clarksville, TN, to William and Etha Baggett Powell. He passed away on May 24, 2022. Johnny was a veteran of the United States Air Force and retired from Civil Services. He enjoyed spending time with his family and bowling.

In addition to his parents, Johnny is preceded in death by his brothers: Waldon Powell, William Powell, and Jerry Powell; and niece, Norma Purviance. He is survived by his nephews, Marshall Powell and Anthony Powell.
