Jordan Carpenter

A Celebration of Life service for Jordan Ward Hunter Carpenter, 40, will be held on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until the time of service.

Jordan passed away on July 10, 2021 and was born December 21, 1980 in Tallahassee, FL to Arthur Carpenter and Marilynne Wright Thompson.

Jordan loved spending his summers in Canada on Lake of the Woods. He was a very hard worker who loved his family dearly.

He is preceded in death by his brother Justice Carpenter, maternal grandparents Elaine and Jack Wright, and paternal grandparents Harry and Irene Carpenter. He is survived by his wife Kristen Carpenter; children Halie and Tyler; siblings Amber Phipps, Calla Carpenter, and Austin Carpenter; father Arthur Carpenter; and mother Marilynne (Jimmy) Thompson.
