Ralf E. Mackens, 75 of Clarksville, passed on February 2, 2020. He was born on July 3, 1944 to Herbert and Lola (Conatser) Mackens in Clarksville, TN. He was the best husband to Bonnie for 50 years, loving brother to Dewey Mackens (Grace), and sister Judy K. Mackens.

He is preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Lola (Conatser) Mackens, and brothers: Herbert O. Mackens, David Mackens, and Warren Mackens.
In addition to his wife Bonnie, he is survived by Herbert's wife, Judy; David's wife, Sharon; Warren's wife, Wava; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.

Ralf worked as a Chief Engineer at various companies. He served his country in the United States Army for five years ending his service ranked as an SSG. He loved Betty Joe Atkin's banana splits from the Country Diner. They even named one in his honor as "The Ralf Mackens Special".

Memorial Contributions may be made to The St. Bethlehem Volunteer Fire/Rescue or The Montgomery Sheriff's Association.
